I believe design plays an essential role in shaping individuals and cultures alike. It has the power to reshape how we think and make decisions. For this reason, I’m continually motivated to use design in ways that create a positive impact—on people, communities, and the broader world.

In my day to day, I lead a pod of designers that build experiences and design solutions for brands such as Adidas, Sephora, RBC, Hersheys, KraftHeinz, Xbox, and many others. -
League Inc.
Jun 2020 - Jun 2021
Senior Brand Designer
At League, I worked with the member marketing team to keep League members informed of the latest feature launches, and engaged in maintaining their health and wellbeing through the League app. I supported these initiatives by designing emails, presentation decks, documents, web and social media assets, as well as other sales and marketing materials. I contributed to the League brand by creating new illustrations & iconography, and building a videos and animations library. I also participated in building sub-identities to support internal events and projects. -
Relocated to Toronto
Sep 2019
I relocated to Toronto seeking to work with a diverse client roster and varied design projects. I’m interested in working with print, digital, motion and web design, and I am specifically intrigued by branding, experiential, and campaign projects. -

I took this time to give myself a chance to fully submerge into freelance and to work more specifically on building SMB brands. I was also determined in taking this time to improve my illustration and motion chops. -

For almost 3 years, I was one of the marketing designers on Shopify’s Partnerships team, which supported a community of partners that helped merchants generate 64 billion dollars in 2019. Nbd. -
Travel Time off

With two of my siblings, I took off to Europe on a jam-packed trip which turned out to be one of the most exciting trips I have been on. Don't hesitate to ask me about it when you see me! -

Following my internship, I was signed on as a full-time contractor for the summer of 2015. Under the provision of multiple art directors, I had the pleasure of working on projects for Intuit, CommVault, TrendMicro and a few other non-profit organizations. -

Web Development Tutor
While studying at Algonquin, I worked as a Web Development tutor for other students in the program. At the time, HTML and CSS were the only languages being taught in our program. I enjoyed this opportunity because it allowed me to shift gears and flex a very different skillset. This supported me later when I began volunteering with Ladies Learning Code as a mentor, and later instructor. -

Stepping into college, Graphic Design was my very first choice. I knew exactly what I wanted to do. Throughout the 3 year program, I learned the fundamentals of graphic, motion, web and UX design.
